At the rear of the property is a guest cottage that is rented to a family friend-- other than a shared driveway to access dedicated parking spaces, there is no overlap between the 2 structures. Utilities: tenant responsible for gas, electric, water, internet, and landlord is responsible for biweekly lawn service. Well-behaved pets are negotiable with an additional fee. 12-month lease is preferred, and security deposit is one month's rent. Tenants will be required to have a background check.
