I love properties like this.  Take a look-this one's in Swan Lake, right on the water. It's a double lot, basement lot, with a dock, a detached 2-car garage, and a circular driveway with an attractive investor-friendly price.    The house was damaged by fire (we think in 2022-waiting on the official report). There's no access inside, so we don't know if it's a full tear-down or something that could be brought back to life.
